I've been lifting for about 6 years now and I am at a plateu. I can't gain anymore muscle it seems like. My friends tell me to get on some **** but I wanna stay natural. Any new routines I could do, to switch it up and hopefully gain some muscle!?

I am 3 weeks out from my first Physique competition in Michigan. I have started reducing my sodium intake, I've been eating only chicken breast and salad. What else do I need to do or know?? Please Help. I do not have a coach.
