    been working alright, been making steady-ish strength gains, i think its time to start resting a bit longer between sets though as the weights are progressively getting heavier and im failing to meet the reps on some exercises leg extension doesnt bother it, im not sure why

    What do you guys think of this upper lower split? was given to me by my coach, been doing it for about 6 weeks now, so 3 weeks on and 1 week deload..reps on strength days are 3-6 with 90 second rests (no idea why theyre 90 seconds, would have thought theyd be longer) and 8-12 reps on hypertrophy...

    Just got my bloods back after getting tested, scored 6 when the levels are meant to be 11-35 for healthy males. Cycle was 20 weeks Test E followed by 40/40/20/20 nolva and 50/50/50/50 clomid..im feeling awesome at the moment, horney as **** and getting stronger in my lifts..any idea whats going on?

    Did a heavy leg workout yesterday, only in the 4-6 rep range, with long rests etc, so a strength day (wednesday) if i rest 48 hours and do legs tomorrow (wednesday) at a high intensity, would this be okay?

    supplement with bcaas. The l-leucine in there will switch on the mTor pathways in your body which will hence switch on an increase in protein synthesis. by this, leucine will work to help preserve muscle mass as you eat at a deficit

    For hypertrophy is the 5x5 method useful you guys think? I was thinking its more geared toward strength, but certain perimeters such as shorter rest and progressive overload would therefore help make it more toward hypertrophy. Your thoughts?

    Yeah bro it is, its essential fatty acids that you can get through food, but obviously supplementing with it will lead to greater and faster anabolic gains

    yeah man, definitely plenty of room for growth without the pH. i suggest you hire a coach, i coach bodybuilders here in NZ and online for comps etc, i'll be happy to help you
