Did a heavy leg workout yesterday, only in the 4-6 rep range, with long rests etc, so a strength day (wednesday)

if i rest 48 hours and do legs tomorrow (wednesday) at a high intensity, would this be okay?

Are you stacking with some amino acid supp on the ready? Help ease the soreness then I would consider doing a pyramid after 48 hrs

I try to squat every 3rd day in my schedule. As long as your nutrition in bewteen is solid and not in caloric defecit, and you're not a beginner, you should be ok.

Quite a few people have success with this. Shouldn't be a problem if you've been eating enough, listen to your body though.

48 hrs can be plenty of rest, nothing crazy going on here. Try it and see. Your results may be influenced heavily by amount/quality of sleep, protein intake, and other sources of stress in those 48 hrs.

Yes 48hrs is plenty. Like others have said listen to your body is it sore? Also icing and heating will help speed up recovery. Go to McDonald's and buy 4 bags of ice for $4 make an ice bath and soak for 15 mins. This will do miracles for your recovery... Likewise Epsom salt in a very hot bath helps. Don't mix the ice and the Epsom salt, you will get frost bite.

More than enough time.

I would this that would be enough time. Just see how you feel. As Lane said above. I take my LightsOut only on leg and back days as it helps me recover i feel

I guess it depends on how you feel. Should be plenty of rest though.

All depends how hard you go and if you have the energy to do so.
