    Im in the same boat, but only able to train Friday night- Sun. Thought about doing a light workout Friday, then killing it Sunday. Hopefully itll hold me over until mid March when I can get back into it.

    I did Stronglifts for the first 7 months I was back in the gym after a 3 year layoff from an injury. Worked for me, I did notice at the end I needed to mix in some higher rep sets though. I was getting gassed in no time when I switched to 10 reps.

  14. Time off and gains please read need help

    I spent almost 2 1/2 years out of the gym due to two compressed vertebrae. It took me a year to get back up to 3x5x315 in my squats. But I also lose pretty much every little bit of strength I have when I don't lift for long periods of time.
