This cycle has been a bit strange... so been jabbing twice a week for weekly totals of the following
Weeks 1-5 Test C 600mg
Weeks 6-10 Test blend 720mg (Dec 252, ent 234 and cup 234)
Now my source has had to change and the new source doesn't have anything in stock that I've already taken this...
So here's my goal sub 10%....

Height 5'4
Weight 154
Bf 11-12% (estimate)
Training 16 years plus
Anabolics a handful of cycles currently test 600mg and mast 400mg
Diet 6 meals a day 2200 calories (46p,34c,20f) typically
Cardio 45 mins liss every morning
Weights 5 times a week...
That is an option if come another 8 weeks I'm still progressing then there is no reason to change.
But, I like change... So if progression has slowed and I feel like I'm stagnating then I will change.

Going back to the cycle (though I wouldn't mind trying adds in the future). I'm happy with the compounds I'm taking and the test as a back up should I feel ****. But the timings... What do ppl recommend. I normally train 4-5pm. So clen and T3 in morning. Test later on or everything first thing?

Wanna thank all for helping and the advice... Order has been put in. Gonna start it after Xmas. For the ppl who state test is needed. I will assess as I go and add if I think it is needed. The guy I order from says test being test very popular so always got some to hand if I want it.

Clen doesn't seem to bother me... It does raise my HR but the stimulation kinda helps me get **** done.
I was tempted to add cardarine. I've taken it before and didn't really get much out of it. I was thinking maybe throw it into pct...
You think straight through would be better? I wasn't intending to change my calories either. Was gonna keep them same based on tdee. 1000 calorie below. Just thought on weeks with clen fat loss would be more apparent
Surely the whinny and anavar (and very slightly proviron) will be enough to hold onto muscle. My T3 dose will be a on the cautious side.
Proviron should according to what I've read .. help with libido and pecker problems. At the same time won't it make the whinny and anavar slightly more...
