    will do! i'll probably start a log on it when the time comes (hopefully in the next week or two). i ran a tbol/var cycle into my last show and ended up on stage at 5'8/167 for physique and placed 3rd. need some extra size before the next one and it'll be a really goood recomp. thanks again!
