  1. Best Protein currently

    PES Select!!!
  2. Looking LESS defined with pump

Most people seem to chase the pumped up post workout look, and dread their more flat pre-breakfast / first-thing-in-the-morning look... I’m having the opposite experience pretty consistently since starting to add heavy weight training. I wake up in the morning looking far more shredded and...
  3. Supps Near/After Best Before Date

Is it a good idea to buy discounted items that are near their 'Best before' date? The ones i'm looking at specifically are SNS Focus XT and OL Conquer Unleashed... I Dont want to have to rush consuming them, but maybe getting them at half price and just using them as normal is okay? Let me know...
  4. Best for Mobility, Strength & Leanness

Alphamax and Nolvadren seem to offer the benefit of taking multiple paths to the same goal in one product. A bit concerned over the feedback on Nolvadren being bad for some people's joints though. Leaning towards Reduce Xt and an Epicatechin product now.
  5. Best for Mobility, Strength & Leanness

Does Reduce Xt promote leanness and reduced water weight in itself - or just a good product to use when getting lean by cutting? I Get some physical pain when stressed and training hard - I think it may be cortisol related, and running Reduce Xt or something similar could help me see this more...
  6. Best for Mobility, Strength & Leanness

Sounds like a pretty sweet combo. How many caps of R XT are you dosing a day? I Guess I'm looking for something that can either be used long term or have long term effects... Not just enhance performance while running it for a few weeks.
  7. Best for Mobility, Strength & Leanness

More like Gymnastics and contortion related performance. A lot of strength stuff though.
  8. Best for Mobility, Strength & Leanness

Any products that will support pretty intense daily training in mobility and strength? Taking the body to the extremes of its flexibility every day - I'm thinking some sort of cortisol control, like Reduce Xt. Can this be used on a short term basis? Like if the body is under particular stress...
  9. Epicatechin & Laxogenin First Run!

Laxo dose in Legendary seems comparable to Strength Unleashed in the sense that if you take 2 caps a day you're getting 50mg, which is the same or more than 1 cap of SU (which lists 50mg total ingredients, not just Laxo)... That bottle would last 30 days, while SU would last 60 - but you...
  10. Epicatechin & Laxogenin First Run!

Anyone with experience using Chaos and Pain's Legendary? Feedback on OL's products seems good, and i know the delivery system is hyped up for these kinds of products, so choosing the right brand might be important... At the price available to me, Legendary looks the better value. Another...
  11. Epicatechin & Laxogenin First Run!

Putting together a sweet stack of nattys right now. I haven't used Epicat or Laxo before, so i thought ideally i'd run them separately one after the other to see the effects - for that i'm looking at ordering Strength Unleashed + Epic Unleashed. Could run Massmax XT rather than Epic - Thats...
  12. Best Supplement Store in the UK

They don't make you pay customs fees?
  13. Best Supplement Store in the UK

Could just order from the States - Shipping costs are usually okay. It's dealing with customs that I prefer not to do... Unknown and often unreasonable charges at the last minute - What's that like in the UK for boxes coming from the US?
  14. Best Supplement Store in the UK

Going to the UK soon and hoping to stock up on some supps. Decent variety available compared to where I live. Any tips on the best store to order from with good deals? Looking mainly at OL, Performax Labs and PES products - But i'm open to suggestions if there are good stores that stock other...
  15. Veggie Bloat

Clean up your broccoli before you eat it! The little leafy parts that attach to the main stem (look like tiny spinach leaves, not the top of the plant) are known to cause bloating, gas and digestive issues. Nutritionists catering to large groups or people that aren't in good health like at...
