    That's scary. Do they not know how to label them for international shipping? I order "Tylenol" from India all the time and they label it "Toys" lol never had an issue.

    I am currently taking Ursa Major and AB Solved. My question is: How long do i have to keep it on for best absorption before I shower? It's getting super hot lately and I do take a lot of showers when i feel sticky, so just wondering what's the best game plan. Thanks!

    2 in morning then 2 in afternoon of each. Granted, my appetite has been crushed since last week, making caloric deficit EASY. Looks like at the very least i'll lose weight as result of this alone.

    I don't track my macros, just caloric intake (on most days) on some I just wing it. But yeah haven't noticed even any thermogenic sensation
