I am currently taking Ursa Major and AB Solved. My question is: How long do i have to keep it on for best absorption before I shower? It's getting super hot lately and I do take a lot of showers when i feel sticky, so just wondering what's the best game plan. Thanks!

And, while showering, exfoliating helps a lot too. At least for me it does. I do it every other day. I apply td after shower. About 35 minutes later, I apply some hydrating skin lotion to keep my skin from drying out.

The IML transdermals recommend 8 hours until showering. I always apply after showering - usually before work, and then after showering after work. Been working for me the past 2 weeks now.

Nostrum answered above for Ursa Major.

For Ab-Solved I agree with what he said also in that wait at least an hour; I would say 2 would be ideal if possible. And that definitely are best to apply awhile after showering but I definitely understand taking a lot of showers. I'm super hot natured myself.

ideally i would recommend 4-6 hours for ALL transdermals, but i realize we don't live in a ideal world....so, the longer the better, imo.
