  1. Advice regarding Epi Andro stack

Thanks for the input, what I'm actually curious about is all the other options different than the other andros which I already mentioned in my post. I should have emphasized that more. Regarding the suppression by ostarine, I've used it for 9 weeks on its own and my experience aligns with the...
  2. Advice regarding Epi Andro stack

Hi all, I would like to once again harness the power of the forum to help me achieve. I'm planning to start my first PH cycle later this year (around November). My goal is to gain some lean mass (4-5 weeks) and then clean it up (3-4 weeks) by the end. I will follow a high protein, med - high...
  3. My Arimistane Experience

Day 47 On holiday, lots of eating, lots of walking and lots of sunshine. Today I started to reduce the Elim1nate to 100mg. 2 in the morning 2 in the evening. See what happens. I'm experiencing some GI issues, I have occasional diarrhoea and discomfort but I think it's just some sort of a...
  4. Elim1nate dosing???

I'm taking 125mg daily solo. I used to space them out 4-6 hours apart but recently I changed to 2 in the morning 1 midday and 2 in the evening. Works just fine I guess.
  5. My Arimistane Experience

Day 42 So my 6 week diet has come to an end. The results are interesting. Started at 78.4kg yesterday I weighed at 82.2kg my waist reduced by 4cm while I lost virtually no strength. I'm taking 125mg Arimistane daily, 2 PES Forskolin95, 5000iu vitamin d3, and Scitec Nutrition multi pro plus...
  6. My Arimistane Experience

My joints are just fine, apart from the knee pain I live with for the past couple of years. Taking 125mg for about 2 weeks now and I experience no serious sides.
  7. My Arimistane Experience

Ok, I get it. Yes in that sense it is natural, not a crazy foreign chemical to the body. I'd say it's pretty safe.
  8. My Arimistane Experience

Yeah I wouldn't worry about a harsh crack down on estrogen or mad side effects, however everyone is different so being careful is never a bad thing. 4 weeks in I can say it's a mild but definitely effective compound shouldn't expect a lot from it but it delivered some results. One of the...
  9. My Arimistane Experience

Two servings only 400mg I separate them so I take one serving right after I wake up and one serving later between meals. I also use a high caffeine pre workout on training days and 1-2 coffees every day as well so I'm pretty comfortable with caffeine.
  10. My Arimistane Experience

I'm on 125mg for a couple of days now and I'll be honest I don't see any difference like I felt when upped from 75 to 100. To answer your question I'll be lowering the dose from next weekend to 100mg for 2 weeks and then 3 days on 75mg 2 days on 50mg and that's it l. I don't see any good reason...
  11. My Arimistane Experience

Days 24-28 Leaner. Stronger. Mad libido, seriously...it's awesome ? Bumped up the dose to 125mg daily. This is the second day so I can't really say anything about it, no adverse effects just yet. From tomorrow I'll take the DAA out of the business as I need to cycle that to be effective...
  12. My Arimistane Experience

Days 18,19,20,21,22,23,24 ? Nothing to report. Still on 100mg daily. No sides, no new features. I look somewhat leaner, harder and I have steady level of strength despite the deficit. Just ended my first bottle of Arimistane, about halfway through this now. Looking forward to the end of week 6.
  13. Fibulas hurts

Have you tried box squats tho?
  14. Fibulas hurts

Strength is never a weakness but I'm pretty sure quad strength doesn't have anything to do with it if it's chondropathy. When diagnosed I was overweight and with barely any strength and muscle mass on my legs, now I'm stronger than ever before and weigh about 30kg less and still have this problem.
  15. Fibulas hurts

Sounds like chondropathy to me, I'm suffering from this condition for quite a while now. The culprit is a piece of tissue which has softened up, allowing more friction and pressure which causes severe pain and damage to the joint. It can be diagnosed using x-ray images taken with and without...
