Holy shiit, first volume deadlift session has me thrashed.
7 x 10 w/ 75 second rests
(135, 185, 225, 225, 245, 245, 275)
Followed by 10 x 10 DB Shoulder Press, DB side lateral drop sets and calves.
I could have done some heavier sets with the deads, but this was a good session to gauge...
