    Ok, HCG weeks 3-8. Aromasin more effective than Arimidex. Yeah I would only use Nolva now in case of a gyno flare up. Formastanzol in pct because it is more mild, and do not use Aromasin in PCT. Listed above you have the cycle only 8 weeks, would 10 still be viable, or is that too long?

    OK I think I got it, so the dose I am running is 20mg/20mg/10mg/10mg of nolva. so with a 20mg/ml (which mine is) I would take 1 ml a day for the first two weeks, and 1/2 ml a day for the second two, correct? and it is a spray so how do I know how many ml are in one "pump"?
