    This is probably in the faqs but, I'm 37 and im trying, hard, diet is locked, macros, training is good and getting better always consistent, progressive overload ect.. sleep is ok, 6 -7 hrs. Training overall, on and off for a couple years, but been actually locked in 5 months with one sickness...
