15 reps isn't really going to give you a whole lot for strength. The pump will be nice but traditionally a good balance between hypertrophy and strength is 5-10 reps.
Don't do tren. You have no idea how to combat the sides and running ace alone cyp doesn't make a ton of sense since the tren ace will need to be injected ed or eod and the test cyp will be injected twice a week (traditionally)
I'm only 13 days in so not a whole lot to report haha. A little bit of strength gain (like 1 extra rep) at this point, skin is starting to get more oily, pumps are starting to get pretty silly. I'm eating pretty modestly because I don't want to be a puffy looking juice bag.
You probably yank too hard on the bar when deadlifting causing too much stress. And reverse grip bb rows out a whole lot of stress on the bicep relative to a pronated grip. Make sure you are only flexing your arms and not pulling with them on your deads and try doing regular ol' barbell rows.
PPL-push/pull/legs
Day one: push
Benching, shoulder pressing, triceps
Day two: pull
Rows, rear delts, traps, biceps
Day three:
Lower body
Day four:
Off
Day five: push
Etc etc.
I would stop and do an actual pct. let your HPTA recover and get some bloods. Certainly something is out of whack. Also, it's pretty stupid to run a short ester (test prop) with a long ester (deca) or an even longer ester (eq). So slap whoever told you to do that in the head.
Running injectable gear will give you the most dramatic results. Test prop, tren ace, winny will shred you up nicely but you'll also be looking at pinning daily not to mention all the (potential) side effects and risks.
