Cycle critique please!

Hello y'all,
I'm about to start my first real cycle in a week.
I'll be using t-bol to kick start and test E throughout my cycle. And arimidex to control estrogen.
Also taking OL Ar1macare Pro

It will look something like this:
(5weeks) T-bol: 40/60/60/60/60
(12weeks) Test E: 500mg per week 250mg:M/Th
Arimidex: .5mg Eod or .25mg Eod not sure yet.

PCT will start 2 weeks after my last shot. And will look like this:
Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20
Clomid: 50/50/50/50

Is this good? Thanks!

I plan on running a similar cycle for my first cycle coming up. From what I understand, I wouldn't run the AI until you start to experience any mild symptoms as it can hinder the growth from the test.

I've heard this and then I've also heard to start it on a low dose before symptoms start.
Hopefully somebody who has done this sort of cycle can pass on some knowledge to us

Adex takes a while to build up and take effect so I would at least start a low dose and increase is estrogenic symptoms get bad.

I'm only 13 days in so not a whole lot to report haha. A little bit of strength gain (like 1 extra rep) at this point, skin is starting to get more oily, pumps are starting to get pretty silly. I'm eating pretty modestly because I don't want to be a puffy looking juice bag.

I am currently running a similar cycle. Test e at 500mg a week, split into two doses at 250mg. Also running tbol at 50 mg ED for 6 weeks and aromasin at 12.5mg EOD. I am one month in and have experienced quicker recovery after workouts, a better sense of well being, and PRs on all my lifts. You will enjoy your cycle like I am bro!

do you have pre-cycle bloodwork? if so, that can help you decide on your A-dex dose....

I generally feel it's better to start it at a low dose instead of waiting for problems to show up, since you'll be stuck playing catch up then. with that being said, you can start the A-dex at a lower dose, like .25 mg EOD or even E3D.

I would suggest tweaking your PCT, and use one SERM, and use a normal dose (clomid-25 mg/day or nolva-20 mg/day) for 6 weeks or so. for some reason lots of guys shotgun SERMs for 4 weeks with no real reason as to why....

Do you have experience recovering with 6 weeks of 25 mg of Clomid? just curious because that sounds ideal because in the past Clomid gave me some killer headaches at 50mg.

I've used clomid at 25 mg/day for 6 weeks and recovered fine.... I usually use it for 8 weeks, tho. Basically because I use "research" clomid and each bottle lasts 8 weeks...

FWIW, I always take SERMs and AI's at night to avoid some of their sides (fatigue for me, due to the anti-estrogen effect), so that might help ya out too...
