I have been cutting for about 8 months now and im wondering if i should start bulking.. I feel like im shrinking quite a bit and feeling tiny..

quick update its been almost 2 weeks and im at 187-188 lbs so a drop of 3lbs about....
so far so good... may start incorporating a carb refeed once a week... some days im feeling kind of sluggish and i think its because my carbs tend to stay pretty low.
