I have been cutting for about 8 months now and im wondering if i should start bulking.. I feel like im shrinking quite a bit and feeling tiny..

quick update its been almost 2 weeks and im at 187-188 lbs so a drop of 3lbs about....
so far so good... may start incorporating a carb refeed once a week... some days im feeling kind of sluggish and i think its because my carbs tend to stay pretty low.
i know that for me im looking at hitting around 1900-2000 calories a day for my cut and im 5ft 7 186 lbs
judging by your stats id say your probably looking at a 2500 range.. best bet would be do some calcs then pick an average and test and see.
I would keep preworkout with a decent amount of carbs as well as post workmeals with a good amount of carbs... Ive found in my cut that my diet.. I honestly have trouble getting enough carbs.... With this cut i can average at like 75g carbs a day or less and i dont think thats too effective...
coming up on a week of the cut at 2500 cals... when i weigh in on the 7th day if my weight is the same or slightly lower like 1-2 lbs... should i reduce cals to say 2000? or 2200? I assume if there is a small change of lbs its most likely water weight... any insights?
I am currently on a cut too with the same cal deficit.. well trying to find if 2500 will work well for me.....
Might want to try to keep the carbs little lower and bump the healthy fats a bit... for instance instead of 6 egg whites go ahead and eat 3-4 whole eggs... maybe a 50P/30f/20c...
