    Dr suggested a low sodium diet. Cardio is 3x a week usually on treadmill and lifting 3x a week. I have increased water intake to 1 1/2 gallons a day increased my leafy greens and still hitting my macros so I haven’t changed the diet too much for now just a little more cognizant of sodium content...
