I'm doing PT for my right IT BAND and wondering if anyone has had issues with it. They are doing dry needling on it to help. I am still working out but sometimes the pain is so bad and part of my leg goes numb. Just wondering what you did for it and if you changed your workout any?
43 years old I have played roller derby for 2 years started weight training 3 months I would like to lose 30 lbs and gain more strength all over. I take a note book to the gym with me to log my progress, our coach logs our speed and laps when we skate and I can update my log daily
