Different plumbing I realize - but when my wife was having UTI issues, she used D-Manose, a standardized Cranberry extract and a product called Fem Flora - and that great results.
I use 3+ grams Glycine per night, along with a few other supps (including Glutamine, Creatine, Taurine, and Magnesium Glycinate). It helps with sleep duration.
