    Honestly I think it's both. The higher doses seem to come with more lethargy even if the cals stay consistent so it's probably a side effect. It's messing with blood sugar, sleep, digestion, increased HR and mental drive (via the rewards system/dopamine) so these can all show up as tiredness...
