  1. More Forskolin alone or add more SHIFT?

    in my experience going up to 100mg of Forskolin can definitely be positive. Whether you NEED more in your stack or not....that's a little different. But if you got disposable income and you feel ok upping the dose, 2 shifts in the morning and 1 in the PM would be the easiest solution.

    Thanks for the info. Yeah I remember taking it the first time and thinking "what is all the fuss about??" Next time I stuck with it and took it regularly and since then I've always been able to notice a difference in my focus IF I stuck with the product.

    I got a couple of tubs of Alphamine coming my way. Excited to try it out -- I already have done homemade coffee/higenamine/yohimbine cocktails on my own which worked well. Could the drink be made the night before, refrigerated and drank when waking up??

    Cream of rice/wheat is another excellent sludge pre workout option. You can make your own by grinding rice in a food processor or blender too. Rice + protein + 100% cocoa (fats) + zero cal sweetener. Great for sustained energy and easy to balance macros
