Originally from New Zealand and now based in the United States, I have extensive experience holding various roles in multiple industries from fitness and hospitality to construction and design development, I have recently focused on pursuing creative writing endeavours and personal projects. Outside the literary world, I find peace in freefall (skydiving), seeking to always embody the truth and essence of my freesoul that define my life and work.
Though having written various articles and been formerly known for my input per multiple insightful columns on beauty, health, fitness, and wellness in leading magazines and "industry" websites, as well as my "daily motivationals" in lifetimes past, my Debut Book SOUL SOURCE: A Soul Series Volume was published at the end of 2024.
In 2025 I created my own Imprint and have since published several of my fiction, creative writing, and poetry/prose hybrid work, beginning with the deeply personal "soul resonance" THE MERMAID AND THE ANGEL: A Dark Fairy Tale.
