I switched from the glucophase cause its not in stock. I dont think theres anything else I need till the end of october.
 
morning, I have:

1 cup oatmeal
1 cup egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 cup yogurt

doesn't sound like much, but sometimes it's a battle to get it all down
maybe I need some black hole

pre-morning-workout. I almost needed to check my underwear after today's set of squats.

I'm needing to do oatmeal in the morning because I find myself going hypo in the middle of my workout if I use a more fun type of carb. In the evening it doesn't seem to matter.

Now post-workout is
1/4-1/2 cup WMS
then 30-40 grams whey after shower
then a SBD pizza and 2/3 cup instant mashed potatoes

I'd puke if I ate that much before w/o! I almost puke as it is ;)

It's usually one or the other for asian girls. It's rare for them to have a nice behind in the first place. I dont think ive ever seen one with nice booty and breast. And if i did they are probably extremely ugly ( face wise )
