Looks good. I like Glucophase XR, but it costs more. But you should be set since Insopro already contains Biotin. I use to also take Syntrax's version, but looks like they may have changed it???

Oooh glad you mentioned that one. Glucophase has quercetin in it, and that should mesh well with the 100g of resveratrol I bought too. so i'll drop the primaforce and go with that instead
