I know this sounds like it would defeat the purpose of bulking, but here is what I've been thinking. I've been bulking for a good time now, prob close to 2 years. I started at 140lbs and I'm now 170ish. I'm 26 years old and and I'm 5'9". I have noticed a rounding stomach for the last few months, which i completely attribute to my diet. I also think that my whey protein of choice, chocolate Met RX, is a big contributor to the fat category.
While on Vacation this week, a much needed break from lifting to reset myself, and doing cardio all week I realized that I would like a more clean bulk. I'm wondering about a few things now.
Can taking a fat burner while bulking aid in putting on clean bulk? if so which do you recommend?...also are there any that dont work by suppressing appetite?
Are there any whey proteins that are not as likely to put on fat? I read that Muscle Milk aids in fat loss.
Does taking something like PowerFULL/Novadex XT cut down on fat gain?
Has anyone been in a similar position and had a solution that worked for them?
