I'm saving DC for when I feel I can afford some oratropin and not piss off my wife too badly. Like next bonus maybe.

OK, started the 1-AD today. 300 mg spread throught the day w/ 200-300mg DHEA and 50 mg ATD before bed. Also, started GBC this morning - 40 minutes and I felt like throwing up! Wow.

So, I am already feeling pretty lethargic on just 100mg. The 1-AD seems to hit me pretty hard. Hopefully the DHEA will help w/ lethargy.

I am using this GBC routine with a couple of mods: Invalid Link Removed

Right now I'm doing my own take on Hypertrophy Specific Training. I'm finding that I like it because I don't have to wait a week to challenge a certain muscle group again after it's worked. I just get one day off then I'm back trying to increase the weight.

I just started 12 week to Super Strength.
 
The $65/month gym is pretty nice, I'm going to join that one i've decided. they give you 1 month free if you sign a 12 month contract, so its under $60/mo that way
 
Long Limbs exercises Cp recommends a 40X0 and short limb exercises 30X0

Long limb...short limb? Would you elaborate or great one?

BTW, I like your model pics a lot more that the Broncos...however, they did beat the Bills, so it's not all bad! ;)
