hmff! Who says I can't make icecream with that... i have strawberry and mochachino syntha 6.. so I can make

chocomine/sesamin/almond/syntha6 icecream and it will taste good! :mad: Also I heard nutmeg can cause some pretty cool effects in heavy doses, I have about 100g to play with so I could always accidently sprinkle too much on top, haha :p

#1 fan? hehe sorry some other guy has that spot.. I crowned ultraman president of my unofficial fan club..but i think he might be a poser coz he hasn't even stopped by the log yet!
 
give um a few days then you should demote him lol. how is the mochachino? I might have to try that idea first and let you know how it is!
 
strawberry tastes better, my tastebuds must be out of what but they're getting a bit too sweet for me, might have to mix it with some plain whey for a bit.

The Cut Diet is going very well, I really like the results so far in week one... I miss my variety. I try my best keep it up for all 8 weeks... but the only change I'm making is every two weeks on the carb up night.. i will have a cheat meal but still will stay away from sugar.

Sup peeps, no pancakes this morning.. lack of carbs ==> crappy workout.. and my shoulder pissed me off because it was still sore and I couldn't work it properly

Did some leg presses, barbell rows and curls, light flyes and shoulder press.. then hopped on the treadmill for a little bit, nothing groundbreaking.

Diet is okay so far. Not much of an appetite.

Let's see how long i can keep this up before the diet drives me nutso!
 
I should but i only use this work comp and an internet lounge's comp to get online. I havent hooked up my home computer and even that doesnt have pics of me. Im not really a pic taking kinda guy. Ill pm you my myspace and you can add me there and see my hotness :) jk

what kind of whey do you use? brand? By saying prawns it makes it sound so much fresher/better! haha. you seem to love your nuts dont you?

They are usually called shrimp in the US. I think it is more of a Pacific thing to call them prawns, which I learned when I used to watch Iron Chef a few years back. Not a great idea when trying to cut, BTW...

We call Prawns "Funnel Spiders" where I'm from.

Mmmm... crunchy.

Actually people call Shrimp Prawns in the US as well. Prawns are just large freshwater shrimp in the US. Piston Pump is also called a shrimp where he is from. :D

Yeah ive head them called prawns as well usually the freshwater ones. Hence the fresher sounding....

$70 for 5lb whey!!! damn Austrailia's got it bad. I hear whey prices here in the US are suppose to go up in the next few weeks too.

okay well this is adapted from a traditional recipe... I believe it is Vietnamese, and it was one of my favourites... pretty much the original version uses a lot of : avocado, milk, cane sugar water, ice
They come in like take-away foam cups, I always bought the large ones.. must have been 1L each, and I never gained any weight from it, even though I barely did exercise.. damn teenage metabolism :rant:

Anyway, so my modified version: avocado, whey (a creamy/vanilla type one works well) and at least half a tray of ice, and some ice-cold water. Probably doesn't look THAT appetising, but it tastes the best.. I promise! Nice alternative to a banana shake.. and it nice and creamy, thick and sweet, seriously it is the best. :)

Ok whiners... it doesn't look that yummy, so I'm helping you peeps stay on track, for once, yes.. I'm so damn charitable! ;)

Might have to try that out, i believe ive had the original version before. Oops, i dont have creamy/vanilla whey...eh, mark that down as another AB creation that i probably wont be able to duplicate..

haha baby food.. actually I've had wasabi ice cream before, and Green tea icecream.. loooks a little bit like that.

Well with a vanilla whey it will just have a really sweet, creamy taste to it. If you add a lot of ice (1/2 to 1 tray) it makes it nice and thick.

i liked it, i cant quite point out the memory or place but i can remember the taste. the green made me think of a honeydew melon version too. I like green tea ice cream btw

  • Lat pulldown (narrow) 10x37.5 6x40, 2x5x42.5
  • Dips 10, 8, 6 (first time making it past 6 dips on my own.. yes wooooooooooooo!)
  • Standing MP 2x8x25, 5x27.5 (+1 spot)
  • BB curls (dropsets) 2x10 ==> 17.5-12
  • Decline abs 3x15 (ouch!)

Lower back was being a bit of a ***** today, and I was thinking of just doing some recovery cardio.. funny that since I'm also trying to recover from cardio.. but anyway decided I'd rather spend my time lifting instead.. Very off the pace for chest... last week I cranked out the same reps at 16kg dumbbells.. but once I got into it, the rest of it I felt relatively strong, with a couple of new weights added too :)

I go slow, and as low as I can.. actually I always seem to get some kind of pain in my chest doing them, is that really unusual? I tried to put my arms further back and use more triceps, but still it is a bit painful, and that makes me give out before my arms do.

Oh yeah, currently taking these supps, nothing too fascinating, but thought I might list them:
  • Pre-workout: Cytolean, shot of dicreatine malate & raspberry ketones
  • During wo: 2-3 scoops bcaas - right now I've mixed a tub of half watermelon/ half lemonade xtend
  • 1 reset AD post workout (I can't remember who told me to take it at this time, but it made sense.. own up now whoever you are!)
  • When I can remember to:/ : green tea, calcium, vit C, multi, fish oil, sesamin, Gut Health

oh yeah.. and of course.. shower with Java Lather :D

I sometimes buy the 5-6 to a lb giant prawns. Price is usually higher than lobster tails, but damn. butterfly them and do a nice tempura batter and it turns out the size of a table tennis paddle.

I always enjoy reading your meals.

barramundi is a native australian fish right? i wonder how good it tastes....i hear its relatively boneless. actually while i was in the middle of posting this i came across this site Invalid Link Removed looks delicious! no mercury too, big +

you dont have a lil vitamin sorter/reminder to help you remember to take you pills/caps? I use a 7 day one but i take too many pills to fit in one day so i go by meals. one slot for first meal and so on.
 
Tastes good :) Would I recommend anything less?? Actually it was because I started getting sick of watermelon after half a tub, so I bought a new lemon one, and that was a bit too sweet.. mix them together and it is now perfect.

Yep.. barramundi is unbelievable... my mum buys them fresh from the fish markets.. they're still swimming in the tank, you just pick it out and they kill it/debone it in front of you.. haha

I do have a pill thing.. but I forget to use it sometimes.. and some things dont keep very well (like liquid sesathin, and fishoils that like to go soft). I just try to take the bulk of it in the morning and night when I'm at home, I guess.

i load mine the night before for each meal and take it to work, if im gonna be away from home for a long time i bring it with me too. btw, my fishoils stay hard ;) haha :hammer:

If you're going to NZ, Auckland is okay, there are some cool mud baths if you're into that, but definitely check out the south island as well. Scenery is beautiful there.

I started to take incarnate. Tried it with, and without food. No tingles, comparable to the only other capped BA product I've tried - Carnage. This would be good for those who don't like the BA tingles, although I kinda like them. I haven't taken BA for a little while now so any effects.
 
If you're going to NZ, Auckland is okay, there are some cool mud baths if you're into that, but definitely check out the south island as well. Scenery is beautiful there.

Yesterday - 40min elliptical
Today - 60min combat

I started to take incarnate. Tried it with, and without food. No tingles, comparable to the only other capped BA product I've tried - Carnage. This would be good for those who don't like the BA tingles, although I kinda like them. I haven't taken BA for a little while now so any effects.

I like those tingles too, just dont ever take 5g of bulk BA at once :D
