easy, try 3 or 4 especially with the reset. What are the benegits of taking fife? :stick:

I weigh 170 and I take 4 w/o getting super jacked.

hmm lanbane said 5 on an empty stomach :) I kinda could use being super jacked up to make it thru the GVT, but maybe as a first try it would be better to try 4. I've got 2 bottles appearing later tomorrow anyhow, so its not like the 1 leftover will be lonely

Good point with the GVT you could use the extra juice! :bruce2:

Have you ever tried (or looked into) GVT smeton? its pretty crazy. "Gains of ten pounds or more in six weeks are not uncommon, even in experienced lifters!"

According to the bottle you should take 3.

I started with four and then worked my way up to eight.

I'm at 200lbs, which shows 4 on the little sample baggie. Either way I did 5 on empty stomach, and I'll probably do 4 next time :)

I see now that the point behind GVT is that each new body part worked hurts so badly that you forget how much the prior body part is still sore.

Set 8 is the worst, but endorphins kick in then too, so 9 + 10 aren't quite as bad.

long story he explains it on his site.

it was ascreen name he registered to read this message baord, but got sick of mis inormation so started posting and people became interested in hiw work and the name stuck

pure accident

Any of you fellas have any links to a good FF Draft Cheat Sheet? My draft is tonight and I've been pretty busy at work!

Sorry, but I hate Fantasy Football, and don't think highly of the losers errrrr CEO's, Managers, coaches, or whatever you call yourselves.....But I will let this slide Wilman since you good people ;)

I have little wussy veins anyhow (matches the weights I lift), but the ones on the inside of my forearms were less visible than usual after taking it. who knows really, friday I'll try 4 instead of 5, see how it goes.

I prefer Owner! :toofunny:

It's actually fun...IF you don't take it too seriously!

Thanks for the vote of confidence! LOL

I've never been a huge stats geek in the first place...Sure I would watch a few running backs, and some stats of Denver Broncos, but that is about it...And actually now thet only stats I watch are the Win Losses of the Broncos...

It makes games that I would not watch more interesting or excruciatingly painful. Like if I have a Denver RB and they are playing against the Phins, I have to hope that he has a huge day but that you still lose!

And that is my biggest problem with it...and the fact most losers errrr owners try to vicariously live through their so called teams/players...

Agreed. I enjoy the strategy behind it. The players are just like chess pawns and I am the chess master! LOL

My goal is to out maneuver the other losers...uh, owners! :)

I'll gladly go to see any sport live, thats always fun. Asking me to remember names of players and stats and scores is too much. I remember one player, just cause I sold him a car. Dave Andreychuk of the Tampa Lightning. But other than some personal connection like that, I can't understand the sports obsession. I have a hard time idolizing some of these tards like Vic who make millions a year, and yet still can't act like humans. Basketball players who get a $100k annual bonus if they don't get arrested that year? all ridiculous. :)

Damn i'm a nerd.

I don't idolize any athletes or stars.

But I grew up watching and playing sports, so I enjoy a good game; however, I have a hard time watching other teams other than mine. Playoffs are different though...
