Anybody stacking Incarnate and RPM?

I'm running RPM / Incarnate right now a week into an Epi pct, and I'm loving it... I haven't lost anything at all from the epi run, and I'm getting stronger and have more energy now than i did on the epi alone... I'm adding leviathan into the mix tomorrow, and I'm gonna effin go nuts with it!

No problem. I give credit where credit is due, so far RPM is my favorite pre-workout energy booster. The thing is, my diet is crap right now because I'm always so busy, plus I was "bulking" :burg: and it is still treating my good, and I still look decent in the mirror.

As for being updated, I log my workouts Invalid Link Removed for personal reference, I may transfer them over to AM if I get the motivation...
 
so a 5 pack sample of rpm appeared today so i'll finally get to try it. All 5 for me tomorrow morning? I'm 200lbs, but still even with reset ad have fairly high tolerances.

I need to get thru

10 sets of 10

Parallell bar dips supersetted with incline hammer curls

followed by 3 sets of 15

bent over dumbbell lateral raises supersetted with seated dumbbell lateral raises

So I could use the support of rpm :)

btw I have two bottles arriving anyhow ;)
 
What time you get up, and what time you workout?

800 cal shake? Geeeeeeez.

probably up around 6, normally hit the gym by around 730ish. Somehow I always end up checking emails, AM, etc for a while.

It seems that high cal shakes are my easiest way to get clean higher carbs in. I can't eat that much oats or wild rice in one seating. 124g of carbs in that shake, pretty much almost all maltodextrin.
 
I'd down all five upon waking with some water.... have the shake on the way to the gym.

Basically, you're looking to allow some absorption time in the stomach without interference.
 
easy enough. I can even save the big shake for post workout, just need at least 30g or so of carbs pre-workout with neovar ;) I've gotten to really liking the neovar pre+post workout. so a smaller shake works too, could do 30g WMS with 30g protein and all the other normal adds (taurine, creatines, bcaas, etc) and just drink that on the way in.

Just to be on the safe side, john did we ever hear back on whether RPM was ok on the contest? Dave had originally said that pre-workout stims were ok.

One day with the samples won't exactly hugely change my results :) but I do have more on its way as I've drank the purple kool aid of peer pressure on this one. That and my love for neovar + drive have twisted my arm into trying rpm ;)

I guess if I still have much bodyfat left after the PAL contest i'll try the lipotrophins too. I'm positive that even with the 4 week light bulk up front, I can still hit the end at under 10% bodyfat. Dunno for sure if the love handles will be completely gone at that. Sux to get old.
