Powerfull question - please help !

Is it safe to stay on powerfull for months at a time? ive already taken powerfull for 8 weeks and i wasnt sure if it was safe to continue taking. should i cycle off or can i start my 3rd month of powerfull? id like to use for like 6 months straight minimum if that is safe to do so. please advise!
 
Yea you know it depends on who ya ask, but if i remember correctly (and I'm sure USP reps will correct me if I'm wrong) most users experience best results with 90 days or so on and 30 off....just so your body doesn't get used to it and diminish the benefits, which there are many....F***ing Love Powerfull
 
Yeah, safe to continue, wise to take a break.
 
you know it up to you.......it don't need to be an exact date, i'm just saying taking a break will benefit you.....around 3 months or so, for about 1 month.....again jusy my opinion, my experience.

This is what i do with most of my supplements that i have taken including creatine. The PowerFull is quite safe to continue to take but it does your body good to take around a 4 week break from any supplements after taking for around 12 weeks or so.
 
This is actually a very EXACT science that can result in serious astro-metric disturbance if not followed to the minutia but, .... I can't find my data. :( Oh well, another shot of whiskey and a bourbon has me forgettin where I am and who we where anyhoo on this long holiday weekend. :D
