Need user input on Neovar: Here-->

I'm looking for some user feedback on Applied Nutriceuticals Neovar.

Specifically:
What carbs/foods you prefer to use with Neovar (WMS?, Oats?, Simple sugars? etc.), how many grams approx, when you dose it, and any other "tips" you may have on it's use.

Your help is appreciated as we move full force into the future........................:twisted:
 
i like to take my 50g WMS + 6 g Leucine and some clight pre and post.

sometimes i dont feel like taking that preworkout shake and i just eat 2 toasted whole wheat bread with natty pb and sprinkle some raw oats and sometimes cinnamon and 24 oz of 2% milk with i think it has like 36g of sugar with out adding the complex carbs from the whole wheat bread and natty pb
 
5 caps mid morning second meal with orange juice. I had great results muscles felt fuller and I recovered from hard workouts a lot quicker.

You use bulk Leucine Zombie? Any difference in feel between the whole foods and the drink?

Bulk Leucine saves my day when it comes to back/leg day its the worst dsay when it comes to waking up sore the next day, if i dont take the bulk leucine on back/leg i end up sore like 2-3 days. but if i take it im just sore like 1 day but im able to move.

As far as diference between whole food and the drink sin ce i get a bigger dose of leucine in the drink i get the improvement of less DOMS
 
I take 4 caps 15 minutes before I'm done working out and then drink my protein shake with 60g of WMS. And take 4 caps about 6 hours later with atleast 50g of carbs from oatmeal. Awesome results so far but just started 1 week ago. I'm alot fuller in all muscle groups. Beats AP in my book

5 capsules post workout with 75 grams of maltodextrin, 20 grams BCAA, 40 grams whey= awesome recovery!!!

My post workout shake consist of the 60g of WMS, 25g of ON Casein, 25g of ON Whey and about 8-10g of bcaa's. I'm not sure if I can also contribute the 2lbs I lost this week to Neovar or not bc I just finished Leviathan. But all in all the continuous pump is great:bb:
 
I take 4 pre-WO with 1.25 cups of oats. Much better with complex than simple carbs for me.

Nice to stack with Beta-Alanine.

Agreed- BA is great stuff for endurance!!!
 
I like it with the combo of 25g of oats, a bannanna and a glass of grapefruit juice pre-workout (plus BCAAs, and whey) and then a bannana, and a fluffernutter on wonder kids white bread post workout :) with more bcaas + whey. Having some amount of simpler carbs with the pre-workout helps. I workout mornings so that pre-workout meal is first meal of day
 
I've already bought 3 bottles, but i'll be logging it with my other logs, and mentioning it during the PAL transformation contest :)
 
Out of all the supps I've taken I think neovar is the one that impressed me the most and surprised me the most. I can't quite understand anymore all the fuss about another nutrient repartitioning product (that costs almost twice as much) and yet rarely see neovar mentioned.

Thanks Easy.
Neovar has never really been advertised.... plain and simple. People who have tried it have gone out on a limb basically...... but most end up buying it again!

I bought my first bottle just for the heck of it, so as to do a full "all AN" stack with the prize winnings.. And now i'm making sure I stock it in the house the way I do with Reset AD :)

Have to come up with a good way to push it

Thats a start. Do you have sample packs? I'd think a 3-5 day sample packs should show people the difference. Maybe a "who can gain the most inches on their chest with neovar" contest or something like that?
 
Not sure what the current sample status is on Neovar. It was in small bottles.... I wanna say 45 counts. I'll see what D has to say about it. Logs on it are coming ;)

hmm thats 11 doses at 200lbs, enough to see it. I think that is plenty to at least get the feel of the dietary + timing stuff you need. I'll have to let the idea of how to make an exciting "show neovar's results" contest.

Can we make the logs only for people who have used other nutrient repartitioning supps and make a piece of the requirement be that they do the comparison at the end with the others they took?

o. well i honestly dont want to pay for any new supplements at this time cuz ive spent too much already.

now if they are free. ill log em. eat however many carbs i should while taking them. and see whats what.

i didnt respond much to my phs i just took and or to many supplements i take. but maybe something like this is what my body needs.

let me know if they free and i gladly send u my shipping info :)

Sure they're free. I have some bulk yellow gold i'm not using, and a bottle of pslin I opened and only used 3 or 4 out of (plus I have an unopened bottle i'm never going to use as well that I hope to trade for something worthwhile). In theory they say 100g of oats 15 minutes after taking pslin, and having those oats around 30min - 1hr before workout. you can use WMS instead, gives even more pump (too much for me) yellow gold is around a 1/4 tsp dose, taken 15 minutes before at least 40-60g of complex carbs, also oats are suggested.

Neovar to me is way more controlled, I don't get the "anabolic dumps" an hour later, or get the hypoglycemia if i'm light on carbs. What do you weigh nycste? 210? I'll send 2 days worth of neovar too for you to try :) Neovar is the only one where the recommended dose varies with weight.
