making some slight changes to technique after failed lockout at meet. feeling strong at lockout now but that 560 barely came off the floor and was sloooW! i keep with it i used to pull with the style i'm using now.
Glute-Ham Raises (tried some on floor with feet locked in rack)
wow! i suck!
not sure i can count any of the reps out of the 3-4 sets i tried.
