I am new to JW and was wondering what my dosages and times of dosages should be? im 270 and 6'5. thanks
i work out like a maniac, westside mixed style. will rpm and no xplode not mix???
i just put two scoops in to drink during workout but the rpm is kicking ass already

Careful with that mix man, that's a whoooole lot of stims your getting in your system.
yea i made that mistake once.... i couldnt get to sleep forever ,but i stopped the NO and am strictly using the RPM, sh*t is fantastic:food:
just bumped my JW dosage to 6 a day, and 5 RPM prior to workout. ALong with all the essintials aka protein, bcaa, milk thistle and my new clean diet and lack of alcohol. I am floating bw 265-268 right now and tonight i hit a PR on the bench raw 315x7 with ease.
rpm, its not as noticebale as a stim, but as sooon as i hit the gym i am dialed in and my stamina is unreal. its great
Same here. It creeps up on me somewhat. I don't really notice it that much until I hit the weights.
its an all around great supp, i used 3 today at work bc i only slept like 2 hours (out with the women) and i had enough energy to work a 12 hour day. my only complaint is i have been expirencing mild headaches... i dont know if its from the JW or RPM. its not bad just something out of the ordinary.![]()

na its a good thing, the women that is, not the headaches.... lol. today was my first mediocre lift while on JW and RPM. Could feel myself out of it even though i pushed through and hit 435x3 on reverse band flat bench, but after that i was spent. I think its the rough days at work and a little bit of overtraining, I am going to take a day or two off and see where that puts me. Super i think the lack of carbs like you say is the source of my headaches... thanks for the heads up, pun intended:lol:
i am already thinkin about whats next... i was thinkin JW and Pro ANabol for weeks 4-8, oh and i meant woman... sorry just picked up on that
im confused with the evo stack, for the cutting one. the second "phase " of the cycle calls for BAM, wouldnt that put weight on??? Wouldnt i be better by stacking JW with a fat burner or something along those lines for weeks 4-8 ???
remember when you are cutting you are trying to gain lean mass and cut fat. your goals would depict how you run the stack, and how you plan your diet for that cycle. personally I like the JW, PA, Restore as a cutting stack. build some lean mass with the JW and gain vascularity and muscle density with the PA, restore would lower estrogen levels, lower cortisol levels while raising test levels making it easier to reduce fat.
so after this month with JW as a standalone, maybe go to a PA,JW, restore stack next month??? That sounds intruiging right now:head: . i cant get enough of the JW and RPM its like heaven on earth... :box: . I am getting so much outta my lifts and i am steadily at 260 which is perfect.
