I've been looking at a 5X5 routine, but I prefer a spilt over a whole body.
 
Correct...I may have not been specific above. I prefer a split routine OVER a full body :D

Anywho. I have all kinds of workouts for that.

We can do a custom one, a pre-existing one, or modify a pre-existing one.

Just tell me your goals (Strength or size, specific body part/s) for the next 4-6 weeks.
 
I like to lift Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri w/ Cardio and Abs on Wed/Sat.

When I start on the 1AD 4AD I was thinking of adding some volume to 5 days...maybe 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off.

I thinking of more of a recomp, but size would be my 1st priority to best put the PH to use.
