Hey fellas...this is my first time using poseidon...i have it set up as a staple in my current cycle i just started. i got 2 450g tubs from NP on wednesday and both of them are ROCK SOLID (you cant even squueze the sides in) and they are a brownish red....its a HUGE pain in the but to break it back down into powder so i know im getting enough in my scoops...did i get a bad batch? maybe an old batch from NP? please help i've heard WAY to many good things about this product to just throw it away already!!

WRT clumping...

I found the key to the clumping problem. All it takes is a one-gallon zip lock freezer bag and a rolling pin. I dumped Poseidon into the freezer bag, released as much air as possible and sealed the bag. Then, I simply took a rolling pin and rolled it for about 5-10 min. NO MORE CLUMPS!!! It returned to its fine consistency (w/ exception of a few VERY small pebbles). I dumped it back into the container and all is good as new.

So, for those that get stuff that clumps... freezer bags and rolling pin... that's all you need!

yah..ya see...the title says "settling"...i didn't think that had much to do with rock hard clumps so i didnt even bother reading it...should have searched "clumping"...its comes up #4..but hey- it's 9:30, im tired and drained as all hell...so f*ck it- i gave you something to do :thumbsup:

Hey liftitbig thanks for trying out Poseidon. The product is fine even with the clumping. Just take a nife or other utensil to break it up and scoop as normally. I also have just took the scoop out, placed the lid back on and shook the crap out of it to break it up pretty good. The newer batches will have moisture packs enclosed in the product so the clumpings issues will be a thing of the past eventually.
 
I bought my mom a tube of Poseidon. Unfortunately for her, she couldn't drink it, but fortunately for me she gave it back to me.

And man this tube had the same 'clumping'. I don't know what she did with it, because it was prefect when I gave it to her, since I sampled it first.

Anywho. I smash it up like prld said, and then I add a little shake, and it works just fine.

Also, I had a tube of another product that had the 'freshness packs' that remove moisture. I placed this in my Poseidon and it helps it from reclumping.

good idea. my poseidon hardened up if i left it in my car for more than 3 hours.

Just kidding bro, but I try to keep my supplements as cool as possible, and try to avoid heat.

No i would never leave my little baby supps in the car by themselves but when you live in Florida and go on long long ass car rides and bring poseidon with its inevitable.

Florida weather and moisture succeptible supps do not go together.:sick: :aargh:
