Epithin-E test log!

Ok guys I was lucky enough to be choosen to test this product. My first run with an Epi type product. I want to thank the guys at GL for picking me.

A few stats as of now:

6'4
240lbs
Est BF- 11%

This will be a 4 week cycle @30mg a day. No SERM for PCT so say what u will lol, but I had this PCT laid out by Dinoiii for my Epi/Prop cycle that was planned for the future.

Cycle:
Epithin- 30mg ED
Green Mag
Incarnate
Fish Oil
ACES, B-complex

PCT:
Activate Xtreme
Hyperdrol X2
SAM-e
Green Mag
Incarnate

Workout Schedule:
Monday:Cardio- Running or Muay Thai work
Tues: Chest/Bi
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Cardio- Running or Muay Thai work
Friday: Back/Tri
Sat: Shoulders/Traps
Sun: Cardio-Running or Muay Thai work

I am looking for some good re-comp out of this product with a great deal of strength. Goal is to add about 5lbs and drop some BF. So will see.

Pre-cycle bloodwork. My scanner is down so I will just have to type it out.

On second thought I won't lol. Everything but my cholestrol is ok.


Total Cholestrol- 160 100-199
Triglycerides- 57 0-149
HDL Cholestrol- 30 40-59
VLDL Cholestrol- 11 5-40
LDL Cholestrol Calc 119 0-99

AST- 38 0-40
ALT- 33 0-55

My cholestrol numbers have been about the same for 3 years. My HDL has dropped 9 points within those 3 years. I believe prior PH use and smokeless tobaccoo and lack of cardio to be the problems. Not really worried about that since my trigly have been great.

My WBC is 4.8 and the range is 4.0-10.5 so its normal but kinda low right?

Nice to see someone actually doing bloodwork, I couldnt agree more with what you wrote about cholesterol numbers, lets see if Epithin-E affects your numbers at all. I have a theory but I will share it at the end of the cycle.

I never used any of there products before so I am pumped to try one. I am ready to get it started, I just have to finish up my log for DS on the activate Xtreme.
 
Ok I had to start yesterday, I couldn't wait. I should have some pictures up soon, even though I am not happy with the way I look.

Day 1- Chest/Bi's

Flat DB Presses: 4 sets- 90(10) 100(10) 110(8) 115(8)
Incline Press: 4 sets- 90(8) 95(8) 100(6) 100(5)
Dips- 4 sets of BW for 10 reps each
Incline Flyes- 4 sets- 50(12) 60(8) 70(8) 75(6)

Barbell Curls: 4 sets- 95(12) 105(10) 115(8) 125(8)
DB Curls- 3 sets of 60lbs for 8 reps each
Hammer Curls- 4 sets with 70lbs for 10 reps

Wrist Curls: 4 sets of 85lbs with reps of 12-15.

Nice workout, I can't stay I felt anything being the first day and all.

Doses:
10mg in the morn
20mg pre-workout

Day 2, Back/Traps

Sumo Deads- 4 sets up to 405lbs for 6 reps
Barbell Rows- 4 sets up to 315lbs for 6 reps
Pulldowns- 4 sets up to 180lbs for 8 reps
Hypers- 4 sets with 45lbs for 12 reps

Barbell Shurgs-4 sets up to 315lbs for 10 reps

Strength was a little off today. I am trying the sumos out for the first time and I really liked them. It was alot easier on my lower back.

FWIW, after a havoc cycle my HDL was pretty ****ty....doubt this is gonna help it as I am sure your aware of.

You must have pretty loose hips. I know the few times I tried sumo vs traditional deads I had a hard time b/c of hip flexibilty. Nice barbell rows btw....especially after the deads. Keep us updated.
 
Sorry guys, busy week at work. Had a few drug busts:clap2: Plus we are working over with the take back our highway thing going on lol.

Week 1

Well at first I didn't think it was kicking. After 4 days noticable fullness and hardness. Esp around my chest and forearms.

Strength is going up a bit. Weight about the same, slight leaning effect going on.

Best thing so far is the libido!:jaw: Damn!

I am going to up the dose to 40mg and run it for 3 weeks instead. Hope u guys don't mind.

What happened?

Wow I completely forgot about this, I am so sorry GL. With problems at work and at home I totally skipped out and feel like a complete jackass.

Results from 4 weeks @ 30mg

First week- Noticed increased strength and libido.

Second week- Strength continued to increase, Libido thru the roof. I had some great pumps during workouts, similar to pumps I had with Mega TRN.

Third Week- Strength leveled off, Libido still going strong. Noticed slight re-comp, vascularity was great, but I have always had great vascularity.

Fourth Week- Had more increases in strength nothing dramatic, Libido leveled off but some days it was really high.

I gained 6lbs and lost an 1 inch in my waist. I was using lower cals to get more of a re-comp but yet to keep strength high. Only neg sides were a few back pumps on deadlifts and squats but nothing I couldn't handle. I had a slight increase of Acne on my shoulders and some days aggeression was high but those 2 are normal for me.

Post cycle bloodwork was fine, I didn't get test levels done just lipids and liver values. (lost job, no insurance) Liver values were fine. HDL dropped to 28(was at 30) Total cholestrol and LDL was way in the normal range. BTW cissius drol was used during PCT and its a soild product. I liked it just as much as I liked HDx2.

Again I am so sorry Generic Labz, I have used a few GL products in the past and have some to use in the near future including their Epi again.

I was going to use what I laid out but instead went with Torem inversed with Rebound XT. I didn't "feel shutdown" I know u can't go by feel, but the Torem/XT seemed to only increase the high libido that I had. I used Green Mag, Incarnate with Fish oils and various vitamins.

Again sorry for slacking big time, I have done other sponsered logs and feel terrible for not doing this one justice.

Strength increases-
Bench-315 x 3 to 335lbs x 5
Deadlift- 405 x 2 to 450 x 3
Barbell curl- 125 x 6 to 135 x 5
Rev Grip Bench- 315 x 4 to 325 x 6

Odd that my rev grip bench is very close to my bench, prob cause I do it on the smith machine.

Squat numbers are really low so they will not be posted lol.
