does it really show single or whatnot on there???? i gots to change that or the wifey will rip my nubs off... shes plannin on making an account as soon as she loses a few more then document her baby fat cut... we got some befores taken, and she just gots a job at the 24 hour fitness (free gym pass YES!) and will be goin for 20-30 lbs a month loss.... any tips guys?

Get her lifting weights. Stuff like German Body Comp by C. Poliquin

Sure, biggest tip is not to try for that much loss :) Best bet is to stick to something closer to 8-10lbs a month. More than that requires such drastic measures that there are worse health risks, plus greater chance of a weight bounceback at the end.
 
Bad math. I retract my previous statement....

1.5-2lbs a month is solid for diet

Maybe add some for a solid fat burner
 
stims effect her really bad sometimes but shes up to 2 stim x ed so shes getting used to it.... but ya something that burns fat more so then a stim.... the stim x makes her sweat alot but she doesnt think its actually burning anything.
