epistane advice please

just received my epistane
need some advice as far as the dosage
i purchased epistane for its anti gyno and antiestrogen benefits
i am have been doing a low dose of test prop( 200 - 300 mill a week) and tren a(250 - 300 a week)
My nipples just started getting sore and it feels like i am getting a lump under 1 of them.
What dosage should i take epistane at to combat this.
i also started taking 400 mill cyclofenil a week for its anti e and prolactin benefits.

Try 30mg/day spaced evenly this should help to counter the estro induced sides.

I am taking 250 mg a week of test still.
Is that gonna intefere with the epistane getting rid of the soreness and starting gyno
I also just started proviron at 25 mg today,should i also add 20 mg nolvadex
i am taking 400 mg cyclofenil,should i stop the cyclofenil?

The best thing to use is the SERM of choice - Nolvadex. I think everyone needs to have this on hand before any cycle. Seriously...OTC won't do ****. It won't make it go away completely, just stop it's progress. Nolva attacks it at the source and it will go away. JMO Also, you should've been taking an AI on cycle too and not have waited until a little bit of gyno popped up.

Yes a low dose Ai while using any aromatising substance is a VERY GOOD idea.

30mg epistane and .5mg cabergoline twice a week along with 60mg nolvadex till the pain an puffiness is gone then taper it down to 20mg. I don't believe that cyclofenil effects prolactin levels, i beleive it only effects estrogen.

if i dont have cabergoline ,will 50 mg proviron help
is there anything otc i can take to see if its prolactin,i stopped the tren last week
i will up my dose of nolv only taking 20 mg and 20 epistane
i dont want to stop the test only have 4 weeks left on it
but nips still sore
