Is it ok if I just shave, worship avant and take pics of myself, even though I wasn't chosen?

Alright guys, Napalm is shipping out tomorrow.

I've gotten some questions on what to do if you're currently running other stacks or testing other products. In that case, finish up what you're doing first, then test Napalm.

But for God's sakes, hurry up! :)

^ Thats my mindset most of the time. But right now, I'm trying to put on a few more pounds, and I like to stay lean, especially in the midsection, so this will be killer.

i just get so choked up sometimes when i see a pretty girl.
 
I received mine on Friday and I will begin my log Wednesday! I'm going out of town for 2 days so I didn't want to start and possibly leave it at home, etc.

Keep this in mind, as well- you may (in fact, you probably will) experience water retention in the area you apply it. That means that even though you're probably losing fat, the water retention may obscure the fat loss until the trial is over. Both glycyrrhetinic acid and yohimbine HCl can cause the water retention.
 
Just and FYI, my bottle came in the mail and I'm going to get started with it this week...as soon as I have some time to shave...

Savage, I'm going to apply is to my lower abs, obliques and around my nipples...

...two questions...

1. Stay away from the actual nipple, correct?
2. 5 squirts for all of those areas combined or should I use 2-3 for each?

1. Probably a good idea.
2. 5-6 squirts total for one dose, but you can allocate them however you want. For example, 3 on the lower abs/obliques, one on each side of your chest.
 
Once I have applied this, should I go run or do I need to do some cardio after? Will that help utilize/burn the fat released?
 
Nah, you don't necessarily have to do that. Just as long as your exercising at some point in the day.

I'd wait at least an hour before getting the area wet (sweating, etc.).
