Straight Leg DL's-225lbs/12,315/8,405lbs/3/1
Bent Over BB Rows-135lbs(overhand)/10/3 135lbs(underhand)10/3
Cable Pulldowns-150lbs/10,160lbs/8,170lbs/6
Tri's
Close Grip Bench Press-135lbs/15, 205lbs/10, 225lbs/8, 245lbs/6
Rope Pulldowns-80lbs/15, 100lbs/10, 120lbs/8
Skull Crushers-95lbs/12, 115lbs/10, 125lbs/8
I got myself nice and steamed in Voodoo's thread before I went to go workout:x . I started this one off with some nice DL's and then ended up staying in the gym for a little longer than I anticipated. Oh well, nothing other than acne to note. My cycle has reached the two weeks left and counting mark, so I'll be testing a few things out in another week.
