yeah, what satire said. cut saturated fats mostly. its ok to eat high cholesterol foods, that was always a myth. its just the fats that matter

until you get pneumonia... graduate student friend of mine back in school slept with the window cracked open all the time to try and keep his room cool for exactly this reason. He was a fat assed malasian. Anyways, a couple of weeks of this and he ended up with pneumonia...

I've been sleeping in a cold room since I was a kid and slept in the basement of my house with no heater. I would think after 35 years I would have gotten pneumonia by now if it was coming. I think contracting pneumonia has more to do with your immune system than anything else...hence the high incidence of pneumonia in AIDS patients and the elderly.

true, just for most people sleeping in the cold induces a state of lowered immune response.

I love sleeping in a cold room...

Just a quick note:

cottage cheese does NOT go well with orange protein powder...

I'm out of sweet potatoes and PB, so I was scrounging for a snack. Not a good choice. I ended up throwing in some milk, at least it's consumable now...

I tried mixing CC with a shake. Didn't like it. Maybe it mixes better in a blender????

I just usually add some pro in my CC...

This sounds sweet, but if I had PB I could have avoided the whole mess....I'm done now, protein goal achieved....taste goal lacking

I'm waiting for the day we can take a taste removing supplement so you can choke down whatever the hell you need to without regards to taste.

I wish I could find sugar free malt flavoring

In the diabetic section at Publix they have all kinds of sugar free stuff. I've seen 0 calorie chocolate sauce, but no malt. Then again, I doubt I was looking for malt. I used to get the 0 cal maple syrup replacement and put it in my morning oatmeal with almonds and whey powder - delicious.
