I have a real, legitimate question, so please chime in.

I just got my RPM, just now, not even two days since I ordered it, f***ing amazing!

Anyway, I weigh 185 right now, I'm looking to go under 180 down to about 175 if the next 6 months. I don't need the stim effects of RPM, I am looking solely for the 'other effects'. What doasge do you guys think I need, 3 or 4 caps. And what dosage on non-w/o days?

I am think 3 on awakening and 3 pre w/o with the 3/3 split on non w/o days. Sound good?
 
Joe...I'm 169 and I take 3RPM and 3 red and whites :D in the AM pre w/o. Before I had the red and whites :D I would take 4 to 5 RPM.
 
What works for me is doing 2 in the morning, 4 pre-workout, and only 2-3 on non workout days to keep it in my system. Of course you need to find your sweet spot. Also, taking Reset AD greatly decreases the need for as much RPM. I reccommend it. Find what works for you though, may need more, may need less. The "stim" effects are good because they will give you better workouts which will help you reach your goals faster.

Thanks, I am planning on stacking it with yohimbine for full stim effect. Did you notice a difference in aggression or strength with 4 compared to 5???

Thanks Myth, I don't really care about the stim effect, I have plenty of bulk caffeine/yohimbine to tweak that. I am just looking to keep that drive everyone speaks of.

The stim effects are part of that drive. Trust me man, cut your other stims and just use RPM for now, your workouts will only get better!

I did...I can def feel the difference b/n 4 and 5. However, 3 RPM + 3 R/W have not felt the same as 5 RPM alone? :think:

I might try the 2-3 on non-wo days. Right now I just roll with RPM pre-wo.
 
Agreed. I think I need some Reset! I take 3+3 at 5:45 AM and hit the snooze till 6:15 with NO problem! LOL

So what possessed you to go BACK to bed :)

I make it a rule not to touch my damn bed after the feet hit the floor (hence the bed never gets made, that's what maids are for).

But I digress, going back to bed within 5-10 min of getting out is a sure fire way to never get up.
