Epi pulse.

Going to run an Epi pulse, and log it. Plan to start monday. Just wondering to those that pulsed it, what type of post cycle therapy if any was used, and how long/dose did you cycle consist?

As far as pulsing and PCT.I personally know of people who have pulsed for 12wks with no pct.I dont advise that though.Id do a light pct after 8-12 wk pulse (2wk or so)

Now I dont know your experience so if this is your first time Id do a 4wk pulse and asses how you feel and what your gains were and if all is well then think about extending it.

Not my first cycle, i have decent experience with AAS.

The pulsing concept is pretty new to me however. I was planning on doing an 8wk'er. Possably looking like:
wk1-20
2-5-30
6-8-40

If 40 is generally not too harsh, i would consider throwing it up to 40 sooner.

I guess i can always do a mild PCT depending on how i feel after it. I have PCT materials on hand either way.

Well then 8wks should be fine and you probably wont need a small pct but it cant hurt.

And Id do add 10mg/day to 40 and split it 20pre/20 post.
 
My fault for the lack of clarity.

10mg day 1,20mg day 2,30mg day 3,40mg days 4-? since a 40mg pulse isnt outragious and I do 20mg pre,20mg post during my cycle aslo!

Na 3.. Doing a DC split right now, and have been making tremendous gains for a while now. HOWEVER i am about 4 weeks into cutting, and my strength is really starting to level off now. I think this should atleast keep my strength up, if not continue to make progress in the weeks to come.

cutting?? well then this will def help keep your strength up if not still increase it.... when was your last cycle? i fel that if you havnt ran anything for a little bit and are doing ok at maintaing stregth as it is on your ct that oull def make gains with epi... btw epi is farily good at preventing further fat gani so while on honestly you could increase your cals in the areas of protein and carbs from whole foods and clean sources (tuna, oats, pasta, fat free pro pow) and still be cutting but you would be likely to add some LBM and strength all the shedding some more fat. let us knwo how you do with it :thumbsup:


btw DC is def the way to go :clap2:
 
I have been OFF for about 2 years now, so my receptors should be fresh.. I had been out of the gym for about 1.5 years of that 2, either slacking or breaking body parts.LOL Now been going consistant now for a good 6mon, just Dc'ng away, and stronger then ever.

Diet is in CHECK. Been using the same bobo diet for like 3 years now..LOL I usually reduce cals just a touch at about 190(sitting at 191.5 this morning) but i am going to hold them rather then add or subtract anything.

I will start my log on monday, definetly keep an eye out for it. I have been logging my cutting(just weight) since the begining, and always keep my trusty LOGBOOK in the gym so i will likely add that to my log. Also have before pics, and pics each week i will likely post.

Think i am going to add that in. Only other sups are Sesamin, Whey, Multi. I was taking dialene but am gunna kill it for this log.

Cycle looks good and Im definately going to follow your log. Have you decided on what PCT you are using for your pulse log? If so, what were you planning on doing?
