bio available testosterone

just had more blood work done...didnt write down bio-t, because i could not remember how my doctor wrote it b4, so i didnt want to screw up..

i do notice on my last labs it says

"CALCULATED BIOAVAIL TESTOSERONE"... SO, do they just calculate it or is it an actual assay???

either way, i figure with my SHBG, ALBUMIN, AND TOTAL TEST, we can figure out my bio available and free test %

i did see janz, wrote this on meso, about my bio-t of 7.34 (4-10)..

Something is wrong.......may labs
TT=397
SHBG=28
(7.34-4)/(10-4)*100=56%
BioAvailable in 56%

APRIL LABS
TT=331
SHBG=24
BIO T=6.42
WHAT % IS THAT JANZ??

Do not use that calculator, it is not working properley.
Your testosterone is very low no matter what.
Even if you screwed proper timing of blood draw, you low.
Get precise instructions for next time, it is important.
You have to start from scratch.

You are in Canada. Assuming that you are using
Testosterone cypionate
and that your
SHBG=28
you need your
TotalT=950
to have FreeT~250
you need 130mg/week of testosterone to get there
do every three days shots both T & HCG, E3D

each T shot=28units
each HCG shot=500iu

accelerate your TT levels to desired level like this:


Day1-0.28cc +250iu HCG
Day2-
Day3-0.28cc +500iu HCG
Day4-
Day5-
Day6-0.28cc +500iu HCG
normal schedule E3D

Recheck your blood in 2 -3 months.
Draw blod on the day of the shot, time of the shot, before shot.

yeah, well see how i tested out today, my last inject was friday 50mg...

we'll see what 100mg has me at, id take 130mg tho...lol

i read where Dr. M said some people may metabolize faster than others, so instead of 100mg/wk, some need 100mg 2x wk to obtain levels of over 600ng... i doubt i fall in that group tho..

and, im on enanthate, where can i read about your theory for needing TT of 950 to get Free t of 250 with SHBG of 28????

i think that sounds fair and logical, acutal studies to back it up?
what do we want free t to be.....

You want the FreeT to be (160-250) I have heard dr Shippen likes.
Look how his chart is marked.

Testing FreeT and BAT is always suspect to some extend even with the best testing.
Best testing being Quest Diagnostic test:
Testosterone, Free, Bio/Total (LC/MS/MS)
the letters on the end of the test (LC/MS/MS) are important, look for them when reading your test results, they signify method used to perform the test.
