Road to SHRED Log

Saturday I did hammies and glutes and Sunday I went on a LONG walk. That is all I remember, HAHA.

Today was day one of my DELOAD week and I did back. I just did 3 sets of 15 and really felt each rep. I also do 1.5 hours of LI cardio (dog walking) this morning. I didn't mean to, it was just so damn nice and peaceful.

I also did another 30 minutes waiting for the tanning bed to become vacant this evening.

Diet it PERFECT and tomorrow will be awesome, like everyday. YEAH BUDDY!
 
Today was my deload shoulders and traps. I hit the normal routine and did 3 sets of 15. I then killed calves and abs. Total gym time around 50-55 minutes. I also did 1.5hrs of cardio in the AM on and empty, yet Xtend filled tummy with Dialene 4, Yohimine HCl, and Alcalean rockin' the system and walking through the Carolina's at 3:30am! I also went on a 35 minute walk at 1pm to break up the day.

Tomorrow I will rock out some high rep, light legs and cardio. My diet has been awesome and I have NO appetite. My stomach has shrunk and is used to small meals. Now, I am having to decrease the amount of liquid I drink to get in all of my food. This has never happened before because I LOVE EATING! But it is welcomed in this diet for sure. My morning temperature is good so my thyroid is still rocking.

Great day today, and tomorrow will be even better. By the way, being a Pescetarian is awesome! I have Ahi Tuna sashimi from Costco three times per day and it is under $5 a pound. It is a sushi lovers HEAVEN!

I have been eating a ton more fish as well. Wally world had 4 pound cases of talapia, each fillet individually vaccuumed for 9 bucks! As Marc would say: "YEAH BUDDY!" ahahah
 
WOW!

I woke up full, vascular, and my carb meal isn't until tonight! I was even up to 184. Who knows, I like it though!

Today I did DELOAD legs and chest for 3 sets of 15 of the following:

Squat
Incline DB bench
Leg Press
Flys
Incline Machine Press
Lunges
Machine Press
Tip Toe Smith Squats (I made this up and love it!) like a weighted sissy squat

Then I KILLED a calve and ab superset. I also started with Lower back and abs.

Cardio: 1.5 hrs upon waking on Xtend, D4, YHCl and Alcalean filled belly.


Diet is dead on and tonight, bring on dem carbs!

Per my good friend Kurt Weidner's advise, I took the photos with no flash this time. Well, I owe him a Pescetarian Red Lobster FEAST! Here I am at 183 POST CARB MEAL. As for the back shot, it is beginning to look a lot like Christmas. :)

The Cut Diet + Xtend = YES!
 
Today I had the SICKEST PUMP I have ever had. I did arms. I think it was from me being pumped from seeing the progress I have made this week. Who knows and who cares?!

I did a DELOAD arm day and did 15 reppers on bis and tris and of course did AMPLE abs, calves and lower back (see that Xmas Tree--YEAH BUDDY!). My post workout ab/calves consists of a daily dose of 10 supersets of 15 reps of donkey calfs and weighted machine crunches just to etch these washboards into granite! The session contained:

CG Bench
Curls
DB Skullcrushers
Preacher Curls
BW Dips
Alternate Curls

Pressdown
superset
cable curls

Standing skullkrushers
Hammer curls

I did 1.5 hrs of cardio in the AM with Xtend, Dialene 4, Alcalean and Yohimbine HCl on my belly and also did 45 mins in the evening. It's shred time...

Back looks great man....REALLY starting to come in now. Keep it up, you are getting sick low with the body fat man. VERY impressive! :thumbsup:

I also did 1.5hrs cardio upon waking with the Xtend/YHCl/Dialene 4/Alcalean BURN STACK on mah belly and 45 mins cardio in the evening. Diet is FLAWLESS!

Today, I already did my cardio and it is time to rock some hamstrings and glutes!

Next Wednesday, I have a new workout split and partner. My buddy Lin, a MONSTER from Europa, will be joining me Wed. - Sat. Here is our tentative split.

Wed: Chest
Thurs: Legs
Fri: Back
Sat: Shoulders/Arms

Then I will do Hams and Glutes Monday on my own and back on Tuesday. This man is going to kick the crap out of me!

CARB MEAL TONIGHT--YEAH BUDDY!
 
Today is a great day! I weighed in at 182 this morning after last night's CARB MEAL so the meal did its job! I am feeling great and am not hungry at all EVER! I have developed quite gnarly ab and quad veins and am ready to do battle at the Clash and the Kentucky Muscle. 12 weeks out!

Today is an off day but I did go on my 1.5 hour walk this morning to clear my head and to think over some business matters. Today I will be with family and take off of the gym.
 
181 this morning--YEAH BUDDY!

I have switched out my water for brewed green tea sweetened with a little bit of bulk sucralose. I LOVE the taste! The healthy stuff in Green Tea is the bomb too! I use 3 tea bags per gallon.

My abs are coming in nice and my legs and butt are coming in slowly--12 weeks will make that happen! Chuck and I were talking and those last six weeks with the new Scivation product taken before bed will help bring me in FOR ME very well due to these factors:

--I get very little sleep
--I have a lot of stress
--Family
--Travel

Thus, the sleep I DO GET needs to be maximized. I am more excited than Pee Wee Herman in a room full of lotion.

I already did my 45 minutes of cardio on the home treadmill at 3.6 speed and the max 12 incline. It was raining out, so my dogs were very pissed off. I have life insurance bloodwork at 8am and then I am off to the gym to do shoulders and traps.

I had an insurance physical today. The medic took my heart rate and was holding my wrist for a long time. It turns out that he was checking and double checking. What was he checking?

My Heart Rate is 44 BPM! The man informed me that he has worked with marathoners and NEVER had anyone below 48 BPM. What does this mean? The LI Cardio and EFAs in the Cut Diet are working magic on my heart--OH YEAH. Ripped AND healthy!

I then took VasoCharge today after 2.5 weeks off and WOW! I trained shoulders for nearly two hours. I also threw in some Biceps, triceps and traps. What a FREAKING PUMP! I had veins on my veins and my ab veins we so thick that i could see them through my shirt!

I will be back at the gym later for a tan and some more cardio for my SUPER HEART. I may miss a meal today due to having to fast until 10am, but it is all good.

If anyone has any questions or comments, shoot!

Also, the Carolina Clash is now a national qualifier! I now have two shots to get this. There is now less than 12 weeks until the 23 weeks of dieting will pay off and I will leave people with their mouths open wondering where this Polish FREAK OF NATURE came from. And when people ask what I take, I will be honest and say, "Xtend, YEAH BUDDY!"

If I were any more excited I'd break my computer like ACDC used to break guitars. But no bat-eating like Ozzy.

Also, GOAL ONE HAS BEEN REACHED! As you will see in my pics Wednesday, I have reached the magic 5% by August 1. One goal down, NQ to go!

Today is back day--DEADLIFTS! I have already done my 1hr of cardio and am now in the zone!

KILLER workout today. I started with deadlifts and did my 2 warmups then 3 working sets with 315 then did 2 back-off sets with 135. It was intense and I did the 15 rep back-offs with almost every exercise today! My 2nd day back on vasocharge was NICE! Here is what I did:

I also forgot to mention that last night I did 20 minutes HIIT cardio on elliptical before tanning.

I am currently in YBA--YEAH BUDDY ANONYMOUS. I am trying to refrain from saying YEAH BUDDY everytime I get excited.

Oh hell with it...YEAH BUUUDDDDDYYY!!!!

Rock and Roll! Lin and I hit some chest and it was awesome! It was VERY intense with lighter weight and 2 working sets, but we went and gave it ALL WE HAD every set! Here is what we did:

Today is leg day!

I don't know what the heck is happening, but I woke up at 179.5 this morning. That last carb meal was magical! I am looking tight and ripped!

I have done my 1 hour of cardio and am now off to tear this up! Meal 1 is in my belly and the vasocharge is sitting here waiting to be consumed.

We are pregnant! After miscarrying just a short while ago, we have been blessed with a 6 week and 1 day old developing baby! We have known, but today it is official--we saw the heartbeat!

I am the luckiest man alive! :)
 
1 hour of cardio done and the fish, almond butter and spinach are going down right now PreWO. In all of the excitement, I forgot to list my workout! Lin and I did drop sets on v-squat and leg curls and I am hurting today. I also did 45 min evening cardio. Here is the leg session:

Shoulder Day--Intense and SUPER YEAH BUDDYish! We tore it up with drop sets and by the end, Lin and I would fail high school because we would not be able to raise our hand to answer the teacher's questions! Here is how we tore it up:

This goes without saying, but I am now 11 weeks out and have not gone off of the diet at all since 23 weeks out. That is why I am super lean and ready to chew bubble gum and kick ass in October and November.

...And I'm all out of bubble gum.

I woke up and did 1.5 hours of cardio because I needed to think about some business ideas and I also did 20 min PWO. Today is carb meal night so that means NEW PICS! I am 179 and THREE WEEKS OUT from the video shoot. The ab veins have become disgusting and my shoulders are shredded just chillin'. One more time....YEAH BUDDY!

Time to kick it into high gear--3 weeks until videoshoot and 6.5 weeks until Mountaineer. It is time to take what's mine.

I have replaced Walden Farms dressings with Mrs. Dash (I use a TON of Walden Farms usually) and am LOVING IT! I also made my own almond butter in my food processor and it is awesome. No oil or anything, just almonds beat to death and it turned into amazing almond butter! I am also drinking Green Tea sweetened with bulk sucralose instead of plain water because it tastes good and green tea is GOOD FOR YOU and aids fat loss.

All fish ONLY for protein, spinach and asparagus as ONLY veggies and almond butter and avocado as ONLY fat source. I am dialed in and also consuming 6 scoops Xtend for cardio and 12 scoops for Weights.

I am so FREAKING DIALED IN IT AIN'T FUNNY!!!

YEAH BUDDY! Picture DAY! No lying there! Time to step up!

I too have made the almond butter in the food processor. It tastes awesome! Pecans work well in there as well!:bruce2: Just have to be patient though!
 
Carb Meal went VERY well! I looked better than three days ago and woke up 1/2 pound lighter at 178.5 AFTER the carb meal! This is what I ate--Chuck had me add in some honey to my oats:

1. 1.5 cup fresh cut green beans in water = 15g carbs



2. 13 oz grapefruit = 30g carbs



3. 1/2 cup oatmeal (measured dry then add water and microwave) = 30g carbs

1 tbsp Honey = 15g carbs

4-6 packets splenda for sweetening

18 almonds = 15g fat



4. 10 oz yam or sweet potato = 75g carbs

2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter = 15g fat

4-6 packets splenda for sweetening

Today was shoulder day and I decided to get a little funky with some hanging CLEANS! I did my 1.5hrs cardio with the Stubborn Fat Stack upon waking and then did my workout with 20 mins PW Cardio. A GREAT workout and my arms are vascular as hell today! I am really enjoying life and today we LOCKED in plans for the video shoot on August 27-28. Derek and I will be SHREDDED and HUGE!

176.5 TODAY! I saw a nice line on my glute and smiled.

Abs are shredded and veiny and I had an AWESOME workout--I am STRONGER than I was 20 weeks ago. Chuck and his handling of the Cut Diet ARE AMAZING! Woke up, did my 1.5 hours of cardio with the Stubborn Fat Stack, ate some MEAL 1 and then got my vasocharge and Xtend and BROKE IT DOWN INGLEWOOD STYLE--YEAH BUDDY!
