Man Boobs

hey guys this is my first post and im not exactly sure if this is the best place for it but it sorta coincides with it.

basically my question is, ive been researching estrogen blockers for reducing my gyno. but im not really sure if it would actually work towards getting rid of them.

i was wondering if anyone knew a legitimate way other than surgery to help get rid of this condition. or if the estrogen blockers actually work.

Alright, well do some searches for letrozole (letro) it lowers estro levels. It is the only thing that will get rid of gyno. Your gonna need a serm (nolvadex, clomid) when coming off the letro, cause of estro rebound. Search these forums for gyno, letro, and nolvadex and you will find your answers!

Theres a huge difference dude. If your just fat, and have man boobs cause your fat, it is completely different then having estrogen binding to the breast. real gyno is a hard lump you can feel under the nipple. In most cases it is extremely sensitive.

can it be confuesed with the actual pec muscle. or is it more rounded like a little ball or marble?
 
most unknowledgable individuals believe their "man boobs" are gyno. when in fact they are just fatty. gyno will be extremely sensitive even painful and itchy. it's generally a breast tissue "ball" and you can feel it in the nipple. if you have a gut then you most likely have fat tits. drop the weight cut til ur ripped and if you still have them then you'll know you have real gyno. as you might have gyno from puberty or something like that.
 
Ive read from a few people that Epistane elps many people cut gyno way down. Dont now if that would be something for you. Just trying to help out. Good luck
 
i did a 5 weeker of epistane and it eliminated my gyno. i had hard very sensitive boobs. the lumps were about the size of a b-b on the right side and bout quarter size on the left. had this crap for abut 9 months before i stumbled on to epi. they both hurt like hell! these things hurt to hug, run, do the deeds, etc it was horrible! im 2.5 months off epi and still no signs of it coming back.

EPISTANE
week 1=20mgs
week 2-3=30mgs
weeks 4-5=40mgs

post cycle therapy was for the same length and as directed
clomid
mass fx
retain 2.0
hyperdrol
and a liver protectant

im a firm believer in epi. good luck my brother, i know it sucks!

Same here. Had gyno on my right nipple and its completely gone. ..or so it seems.
 
damn alot of good info, it seems like i dont have sensitive breats like u guys are talking about but i really have huge ***** tits, and no amnt of working out has eliminated them, but i do weigh 237 and have a huge gut as well. im gonna start eating clean as soon as i get my next paycheck, more chicken and veggies and so forth. and my cardio really died after i got my full tme job, i was doing cardio every day for about 1 1/2 months and i lost about 10 lbs but i got a job and it screwed that up. alot of work. but alot of cool advice and stories.

how can i get Nolvadex or clomid? how do you get it? I need it!

yup yup. diet and cardio and prolly some clen or dnp...
but i doubt that you're experienced enough to be using either clen or dnp at your current condition.
do some reading.

In addition to the lump under the breast, when somebody has bad gyno you can tell just by looking. Actual gyno really does look like female breasts, whereas fatty man boobs just look fat. It's hard to explain the difference, but take a look at these pics of real gyno:

Those aren't fatty man boobs... those are real breasts.

can you also begin to lactate from Gyno or is that a whole nother animal?
