i dont know what my fcuking problem is but i better fix it soon.

i got my 425 BB bench today but it was the hardest and most painful lift i have done in a long time. PLUS after i did it i couldn`t do any other lifts any where close to the weight i normaly do.
as soon as i sat up my tummy started to burn and my forearm bones were killing me.
i didnt take any ephedrine today so maybe thats it but i feel like ass right now.

i really thought the 425 would go up kinda easy but im going to say i was really lucky to get it up at all.
im a b*tch.
you should all stop talking to me before your bench numbers go down. :(

How's tehm DB Curls coming along? I'll never get sick of Jolene, but mixing it up every now and then just makes the next time she's up that much better....kinda like eating junk food after a long cutting diet. :food:

How's your diet/sleep patterns coming along? I'm also conviced that if you masturbate as much as I think you do, it's a godsend you've got any energy to take with you to the gym.

well cals are lower on weekends cause i work and cant eat as much. thats why i had a big mac last night to help carb load for today. i`m sleeping better but not feeling rested at all.

as for jerking off and sex, im doing both about once a day. should i cut back?
and like i said i`ve been taking ephedrine pre workout everyday for over a month and today for some stupid reason i forgot. but i felt like super fly tnt before i went to the gym and when i put up 315 during my warm up i started feeling like $hit and once i did the 425 i really just wanted to leave. i did do a few lifts like dips, incline db press, and some cable flys. for a little while i felt like i was getting a second wind but i think it was just gas. :fart:
 
i haven`t had a bad workout in a really long time so im pretty pissed. i think i might have to beat my wife for a few hours and have some cup cakes to feel better. LOL

its just goin to hurt no matter what. when i do working sets of 315 it hurts by the end, i just say fcuk it.

i really felt like i got hit by a fcuking truck after that lift. god i hate BB sooooooooooooo much. i know 200lb DBs would have gone up smoother.
 
my next chest day i'm doin db's cause my forearms hurts so bad by the end of bb i'm goin to take a break.

Cycle off the ephedrine bro. You're experiencing adrenele fatigue, and who knows what else fatigue. Buy some reset AD and slowly cycle off ephedrine, ramping down the dose.

Personally, I try not to jerk it too much: it can cause a zinc deficiency. 3-4x per week is plenty. I don't know what you're ritual is or if you have one (and I really don't want to know), but don't force yourself to blow loads. When granny saddlebags starts makin' you hot, that's when it's time to 'purge'.
Making a conscious effort to search up Hot Pics/Porn clips isn't going to help you. Unlike the negative feedback (shutdown) you get from steroids, the endorphins you produce when you get horny create positive feedback and will protetuate themselves until '"you're done". In conclusion, looking up porn will make you masturbate more than you need to.
