Planning and Epi/X-Lean pulse!

Just finished a four-week Testanate 50 (12 total 'on' days) pulse cycle. I am taking two weeks off and starting an Epi/X-Lean pulse.

I'd like some recommendation on dosing. I do martial arts three or four times per week and hit the gym three times per week. My workouts consist of ten min cardio to warm up, an hour or so on the weights, and ten minutes of cardio to cool-down.

Right now, I'm thinking 4X per week with X-Lean on the off days.

What do you guys think?
 
Yeah Epi 30-40mg training days and X lean non should workout quite nicely for you.
 
Very interesting idea! I am anxious to see this. I would say stick with a 30mg pulse though. 40mg may cause some shutdown. Either way make sure to take an Epi dosage about an hour before your martial arts to get some of the good feeling out of it.

When do you train? Morning or night?

Ok...so 30mg four times per week (Mon, Tues,Thurs, Fri). I'll do 20 before my A.M. workouts and 10 when I finish.

I train at night (Muay Thai and BJJ)....so on the days that I do both weights AND martial arts, I'll hold off on the second 10mgs until half-hour, to an hour before I go to training.

My goal in this coming cycle is cutting/lean bulk. I had some amazing size and strength gains in this last cycle...but got some ****ty bloat and it was all, pretty much, just bulk (I'd like to keep as much strength as possible).

So what I'm gonna do is up the cardio, add another day of martial arts, and still try to keep my weight training as intense as it is now.
 
Just curious but why only use x-lean on your off days? I'd wanna run it straight through :head:
 
OK...here's what it's gonna look like (subject to change as I go)

Pulse days will be Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
Weeks 1 and 2 30 / 30 / 30 / 30
HDX2 on OFF days (2 caps in the AM on empty stomach)

Week 3 will be off (recovery week, I have an event planned where I may be drinking anyway)

Week 4 and 5 - 30 / 30 / 30 / 30

Week 6 post cycle therapy - 20mg nolva, 10mg epi (ED), liver support (TBD)
Week 7 PCT - 10mg nolva, HDX2, liver support (TBD)

X-Lean will be ran straight through

EDIT: changed it to running HDX2 on the off days...not retain 2 (already taking X-Lean straight through)
 
Just an update...I'm REALLY liking this stuff. Much better than the T50.

I have a slight lethargy...but I think that's from my killer workouts more than anything.

I think that I may increase my dosing to 40mgs on the days that I'm hitting the gym AND doing martial arts. I am willing to trade a bit of shutdown since I'm running nolva afterwards anyway.

Any comments?
