Yeah but considering that I can't squat 275 without straining at the moment, it's pretty sad. I can decline press 375 though.

It's pretty lopsided at the moment, but at least since I have really long legs (6'4") it looks proportional.

it's hard to compare things like that.
Like, I can close a 200 pound hand gripper with my hand/forearm strength, but I'm definitely not curling 200 with my biceps which are a bigger muscle
